As well as our range of Servo-Torq rotary knife cutters, we also manufacture circular blade cutters. These machines are suitable for those rigid plastic extrusions whihc are too large for the Servo-Torq machine. These units have clamp systems & moving saw tables to allow them to work in-line. We can also supply machines with rotating cutter heads allowing cut angles to be created. Our range also covers the Metal-Cut circular blade cutters for metal reinforced rubber profiles. These are typically used in the automotive industry. A special sensor can be fitted to the standard cutter to enable it to detect gaps in the metal reinforcement. This also the cut to take place without damaging the metal inside te profile. Finally we have the Braid-Cut circular blade cutters for PTFE tube wrapped in stainless steel braid. A special electrode system removes the wire to allow a clean cut on the PTFE tube underneath.
